SRO error/WTF

Hi all, i have some problem when i try start sro.
I reinstaled game 3 times and same problem:
Open game,(Patch is downloaded), Pres start button and after few sec when pass game guard i got error here is 1.pic:

and i click ok then i got second error:

and than game close.

Do anibody know what is problem with that , i reinstall gama and same problem.
Sry on my bad eng.

UMM that do that to me too its depend if u have some prgrame that block ur ip or idk
