Just A Quick Question

i know there a lot of PRO's here, so here i am trying to get your idea on this.

in this picture below, i get the green ping and black ping:


and there are times that i get this red ping and black ping, as shown below:


what does this mean? the screenshot below:

the ping is at medium level.

green is at easy

and red is at slow

ohhhh okay. so i guess i should be playing at the Mena, Azteca and Maya Servers to avoid lag
