I got it when i forgot to extract the dll^^

Hi,
do you still get the error? If yes make a srodir.ini with your Sro Folder in it. Then everything works correctly.

How to run iBot with HS Server:

Step 1: One time setting for patching media.pk2:
- Before you start, make sure there is no silkroad running.
- Extract "[iBot] HS Server - Released v1.0.rar" to silkroad folder
- Run PHMediaPatcher.exe
- Click "Custom" then press "Patch" then "Ok"
- Close PHMediaPatcher.exe and were done with this setup

Step 2: Running HS Server:
- Run "Hackshield.exe"
- Click "Launch SRO" and wait till silkroad client launches
- Wait till the message "HS Server successfully connected!" appears in the HS Server
- Don't close silkroad client and HS Server
- We only need 1 HS Server running... You don't need to run another one
- You can also hide/show SRO and hide HS Server
- But think twice before you hide HS Server because you can't show it again
- After this we are now ready to run iBot in client or clientless mode

Step 3: Running iBot:
- Just run "iBot.exe" as you would normally do before
- You will then see in the status log "HS Server successfully connected!"
- This tell us that the HS Server has been configured properly
- If you wan't to use client, you can use the edx33loader
