A problem often getting error in game need ur help!

This is what happening to my notebook lately everything goes great the game working great.
after several minutes being in game im getting this strange error message

"a problem caused the program to stop working correctly"

I checked the error on the event viewer through the search and this were the results

Does anybody know how to fix this error?

re-install maybe it'll work than^^
