problem with softmod

guys maby some1 can help me .. ;/ i have softmod ... it works 4 sure ... and i doing everything right ... like others ... and when i log in i chose character and press ok i get crash without error ...

ya it works everywhere even on my laptop ... now i reinstalled windows ... will see ...
