ruSroking problem with settings

Hi guys! When i set my settings, I press save... But. When I shut down the bot and I log again, all settings are disappeared. Could some one give me an advice about that problem?

yes sir!
you have to do this:
1- go to control panel
2- select Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options
3- select regional and language options
4- press on Advanced tab . There you have to select Russian like i did there:
