Stat reallocation potion

Where do I find it? I am lvl 42 on pacheon.
I've gone to all potion merchants and did not find it.
Is there a needed quest to do this one?

you want to reduce mastery or stats points? you get the mastery one from any potion shop by choosing "withdrawing skill"

as for stats points then you get it from potion shop too but you must be lvl47 and it only works on lvl41-50

Let me get this straight. It resets stats between 41-50? Or do I need to be between those lvls to take the quest?

you get the quest at lvl47 , you need to be between lvl41-50 to use the potions

if you lvl up to 51 then you cant use them anymore

you could just try looking for quest, then reward, then item and look at its effect, maybe you can edit the min and max level to use the pot
