Silkroad but with russian players, russian owners etc.
Caps at 100, with gear and skills the same, and rates are a little bit higher then isro. (it's a legit server).

I'd say its still iSro, and the most activity seem to be on the newer servers (Azteca, Maya, ..)

Since the rsro riBot doesn't work all went back to their Home SRO's 
I just started 3 Months ago on iSro and i won't leave that fast.
They've mentioned to improve alot there.

Prem+, Devil Spirit and Inventory Expand. is much cheaper on iSro.
And i don't really buy more than those things 
I spent more money for rsro when i've played it

Well but rsro is still quite nice.
Of course many players left it since the rIbot is outdated, but the Servers are still populated. There´s much Jobwar and PVP. -> And you got very nice chances to kill uniques.
If u need a bot you can purchase the mbot or phbot like many others do.
Hope this could help as an adition to the other posts.
