Blues Cap?!

I actually just read the forums, I don't post or create topics. (That's why it's my first post)
But now I have a question and I can't find any answer, so I decided to create a new topic

OK here comes my question:

I already know that an 8 Degree item can have at most +6 to Int and Str.
But is there some cap for the maximum Int/Str that's added to my naked Stats?

For example:

I have 100 naked Int and all my equipment bonusses summed up give me 70 Int (Just an example, I know the numbers are unrealistic :P)
So do I have 170 Int now or is there a cap so I can get only like 50 bonus and then no more? (with Stats cap 50 for example I would have 150 Int now)

Well i think i understand the question: is there a maximum on the number of extra hp or sp you can gain through the blues on your equipment (clothes, weapons, accessories).

Each individual part of you equipment has its own max (f.e. a shoulder/hands/shoes cannot have any HP+ or MP+, D7 clothes can have a max of 5 STR and 5 INT, etc) so as a result there is an overall maximum.

For example, On a D7 set the maximum HP you can get is:
- 6 clothes each max. 5 STR = 30 STR
- 4 accesories each max. 5 STR = 20 STR
- weapon max 5 STR
- head, chest and trousers each 250 HP = 750 HP

Maximum extra HP: 55 STR + 750 HP

However, you can get all of this. There is no other limit than those set by the parts of your equipment.
