The Level is not really important, but it would be great if its above 64.

If your char is above 64, or even 9Degree, I will use it for farming a char for you. the farmed char will have about 700k-1m Skill Points.
the other thing would be steam accounts.
the problem is; all 3 accounts are banned
but you can still play with it 
on VAC unsecured servers.Account 1 is: CS:S standard pack.
Account 2 is: same.
Account 3 is: CS:S Pack and full orange box, so you can play the whole Half-Life 2 story!
