it's because your an ep4.5 server/database set and your running on a ep4.8/5 client.

hmm.. thought that **** client,i`m using the latest exe from us client,enyone know where i can get the right .exe or how i can fix this?

Well some server's have them, a GM found mine not sure where exactly, but i'd check other servers to see if they have unmodded useful clients.
