i am shaiya player for 3 years. i have had experience with OS, Insane Shaiya, Shaiya Evolution, Euro Shaiya, Shaiya Pandora.

i would like to help in a new or old Private server. or a private server that is comming out soon. i can help by giving tips on best rates, where to make items drop so that prices dont inflate, AP Mall, Events, Forums, Player Help.
i do not do Game Programing. i am a Forum/Game helper. [GM].

i know how Shaiya Pservers become popular and can help you get a high number of players fast. i also advertise your server.

Just want to tell you something. If you want to be a ''GM'' on anyserver, you need to know everything about programming. It is all private server owner needs. If You Do not There Is No Way That You Can Be ''GM''

i want to help with new server. i can give tips on rates, drop rates, Item mall and how to stop inflation. i can also advertise, do Forums, and ingame help.
i can host MMs.
by no programming i meant Setting up the game and stuff. i am fine with GM Commands.

sounds like you want to become GS, GM is for programming, fixing bugs, etc

GM isn't always for game programming.
there are the guys that make the game and keep the server up and running technically.
then there are the guys that make the game fun with Events and keep the Forums, and PvP up and watch out for Bugs and Glitches.
i will help alot for free and will run Events: PvP, H/S, MM and many more.
i do all for free so it's good help.
i can learn basic programming. i have time and i want too. dunno where...

he's totally right. our private server has many GMs that all have different abilities. like for me its all the technical side of things, then there's a gm for events, a gm for pvp and then general gm's to just help out in game.

there are GMs that do the Programming and GMs that do Forums and ingame activity.

GMs that do Programming are not more important then the others.

GMs that do programming keep server up. GMs that do forums and ingame activity keep server together. both great help. and both needed.

yeah, chances are theres already 20 GMs in line for a server before it is even open to the public... but doing this is a good way to start finding an opening

but anybody can be a GM and type /mmake 123456 ......

i knw how Pservers work and what makes them popular and what gets people. i also advertise on over 10 different sites.
and i do all of this for free. not many GMs do that much work for free. even GS get payed ap...

for games coming out soon. i can get u Trailers, Videos, Pictures, Set up a Forum, advertise to ask who would join and tell them when the release date is. help people but make sure it's fair. be on every day to make MMs at the start.

i do it all for free tho.
and if game is not out yet i can set up a Forum, make Videos, Trailers, Pictures...
and advertise on over 10 website. then when it is out i make sure players join and make sure they all like it. if they dont i write it down and make polls to see what players would prefer. i make sure that every1 is happy and playing fair. then i make sure Forums are used, write down News, and ingame do events every day. MMs, Hide and Seek, Kill the GM, GVG, and Many Many more. and i do it all for free. in games nowhere days even GS dont do for free..
