thats because wednesday Shaiya US went full EP5 with level 70 available so they had to reorder the skills and levels to spread them over 70 levels
they also removed some skills and added new ones.
for example Priest's no longer have magic spot but magic arrow goes to lvl 7

I've also discovered that they totally ruined the pagan skills
when casting storm, my toon no longer turns and faces mob, chain lightning and Turbulence have longer cast times, ewww.
