new_updater.exe & how to change encoded .SData files

1) Make new_updater.exe in folder .../shaiya on the web server but when start updater.exe programm can't load new updater, i think its right to copy new_updater.exe in folder /shaiya on web server because in HEX updater has line - //%s//shaiya/new_updater.exe....... so where is the problem >.<

2) Pretty *** enscrypted/descrupted .sdata files but if use descrypted files shaiya not loading because game.exe try descrypt .sdata again, so any idea to descrypted new shaiya official files .sdata to code (DOS-866,Unicode,UTF-8 etc. ) some tsit try maybe can shanged symbols to correct type&
