I have already searched the whole forum, but have not found any info about it.
My question is few of my skills are bugged such as the Berserker's Rage , it does not have the effect as -%hp per 3 secounds, same with other jobs too, I've checked the database as below , see attachment,
the abttype is 70 abtvalue 10 are correct as they are gathered,converted from os skill.sdata from shstudio 0803 version, so it is clean and has not modified , I figured out that the 70 vaule controls the -%hp thing, 16 controls the attack speed, 4 controls the str as well, the 16 and 4 are working nice, but the problem is the 70 does not working, so I dont know where is the causing, I have been thinking that it is the problem in Ps_gane or database procedure stuffs, but I dont have a way to fix it, can please anyone help me to overcome it ? Any help would be highly apprecited.

Thanks so mcuh for your reply, yeah I was trying to manage to fix them as same as the OS one but failed, maybe I just use other classic-old abilitytype like lower the whole hp range of a player instead of the -%hp type 70, also keeps the attack speed and STR.
BTW Bro, I got another issue that those abilitytype and abilityvalue have not effect after abilitytype 3,abilityvaule 3 in skill table, EP6 gets like 10 abilities yeah ? I tried to put stander vaule in abilitytype4 and abilityvaule4 ,
but they do not have any effect, I dont really understand what is going on,
maybe it is the problem in PS_game again ? I have checked the procedure in GameDefs such as usp_Read_Skills_R,
it does not have those 4-10 ability stuffs here, I also have compared this place with other server databases, the result are kinda same, they dont have 4-10 also,

maybe it is not because it is the problem here ? I also tried to add abt4 and abtvaule4 after 3 in procedure carefully here , but the ps_game could not start , I have also tired to look for other procedures in database, but kinda none of them is relate to abilitytype, hmm, so I am stuck for this issue here, 1-3 types are ok but more types can be done with more adjustment though.
