I had mentioned that you guys seem to address server issues, bugs, and conflict resolution faster, and more efficiently than that of the Official servers.
So Someone got angry and whined to aeria about it.
I have since decided to boycott all of the aeriagames that are around that are'nt private servers.
I even told them that if they wish to provide lousy customer support that I will take all of my money to a different MMO corporation instead such as Blizzard when Diablo 3 drops, or to
for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons.DDO is free to play, and seems to have better customer support relations anyways.
I'm now waiting on their response to what I've told them since I've generated them quite a large number of AP sales outside of my own that they are aware of.
