How to make no effect with game.exe/client

Hi ,
To anyone willing to help me, im looking for ways to edit game.exe or client so that i can make any client no effect one. Reason is that i have wooden pc from 18th century so i kind of need this for all server. If anyone waste some of their time to help me out i'll be really greatful.

Open Game.exe with HXD

CTRL+R and
Search for : .EFT
Replace with :.EFX

then search direction click all and click replace all.
Save and done.
