Looking for a DEV

I'm looking for someone to start building a Shaiya server with. I will say I use to run a very reputable server and had a very big name until I stopped developing and helping servers for about 2 years. I am just now getting back into it and don't have the time to run something alone so I am looking for another person to help out.
Good Shaiya servers seem to be becoming scarce and I plan on building a server that draws everyone in again.
If you have a decent background building servers, and are actually committed to it, send me a PM so we can chat.

I'm not looking for a person who is new to building servers, I need someone who is experienced and ready to get to work.
