I downloaded the korean client and installed,
but when I click `Game Start`
it opens and closes after few seconds,

I`m not talking about server,
it`s just game does`nt start
it`s on the updater

i tried the same and following message appears:

"샤이야 홈페이지에서 다시 실행해주세요"

Google Translate:
"Please try again syayiya website"

they want you to press the "start game" button on their website
if you do it they will ask you to verify your age (if i understood google translate correct) via ID Card.
i tried to start the client directly with "start game" parameter with same results.

I didnt put much effort in it, so if ill try again and find out anything new ill write you.

it doen't show with korean letters but in weird symbols on my pc

yeah, you need to set your local settings to korean to get the korean letters.
