I can run 2 copyies but when i try to make one follow the other he wont

sorry dude. It wont work. Once the game window loses focus it stops your guys from moving. So currently there isn't a way to make one guy follow the other. The only way right now to do that is to have two separate computers.

Here is a suggestion if you don't have two computers; use this program:

With this, you are able to run two Operating Systems at once.

FYI, Shaiya's game limitation is; only the selected game window will be the active one. Where if you have 2 windows, [game 1] [game 2] if [game 1] is selected then game 1 is active and game 2 becomes inactive, vise vesa. Nothing you can do to change that. Not even VM ware will help that.
