nProtect Gameguard . "Game hack has been found''

Hello , i got a problem with shaiya.
when i start the updater , it give an error .
Error name : nProtect GameGuard.
It says "Game Hack Has Been Found "
Well would anybody help me to find that issue and to delete it ?

Can you provide more information as in - you are a normal user or server admin?

If you are a normal user, the easiest and most general way would be reinstalling the client
and/or deactivate your antivirus.
