"cannot login to the game with this account" I have now waited over 37 hours i do not want to change my p/word cos it is not saying my account DOES not exist hmm i do not know why i cant login. I was in game playing n then logged for only 15 minutes n have not been able to get back in since sorry to bother u but without that account n all my work to lvl ive lost everything . thanks possom n sorry to always bother you but i dont no what else to do to get into my account
The 2 accounts that you signed up for are on the Game Server, your either typing them incorrectly or your trying to enter them on some other Shaiya Server.

Possom it is coming up ShaiyaE where I play all the time my other shaiya is a complete diff file I CAN play my 2 other shaiya Evo accounts but my main account with my high toons in it still will not let me in .... I was playing the game every day with my friends that is how i got my toon to a high lvl. I talk to them with my low toons n only 1 of them have the same trouble as I do his account will not let him in neither ( into his 2 accounts) Yes i can get into 2 of my accounts but not my Big Toon account please possom what do u mean by another server (if i was there with my friends in the first place) How can it ot let me in now Thanks n sorry again to bother u but i put to much work in it n all my gear is in that W/H i made a new toon on my other account n cant even get her weapons/gear etc soooooo deppressed

Every time i go to login n play it goes right to my good account (login= user ID) even though i have ticked save Id (other account) ???? that means it is the same server yet it still comes up with " cannot log to game with this account" hmmm soooooo not fair to me (((((((((((((
Why are you posting for support on a completely different forum that I don't check all that often? PM me on the Username that is affected via the MMO ProGaming Forums.
Server has turned FAIL!!!! QQ wouldnt advise it to anyone .....
We are very alive and gaining allot more popularity, so gl with your private server your trying to get launched or promote, but there is no need to try and defame established private servers.
