to extract and view the .Sdatas from your specific client for this purpose. In this case, you'll need the Monster.Sdata and the Item.sdata, then you can search through in ShStudio and find all the codes you want ("codes" being ItemType and ItemID, and MobID).
You'll need to create a Monster.EX to view mob data like stats and drops, the details of which are in this thread, in my response, toward the bottom of my post:
It's not a step-by-step guide, but all the tools you'll need are included here, if you take the time to read and figure out how to use them, and you'll be able to have an expanded client with client-specific data for every server you go to. It's nice.
