How to change link rate in Operator Hammer ?

Normal OP have Effect: 36 and variant 2000 so how to create OP with more % ? I want make OP Lv2 with 75% rate. Any one know ? <sry for bad english>

2000 means 20% so per '100' means 1% link rate if you wanna make it 75% you should make variant 7500 o,o

If I remeber correctly, you have to edit the ps_game too.

No you dont have to edit ps_game.exe to increase link chance of a hammer, database and client side is enough

Oh sorry, if you are talking about maximum link rate cap, yes you have to edit ps_game.exe.. and game.exe to show it correct
