[help]create account

Hello people of the forum I'm new at this game and had to appoint a friend to play this private server and when I tab to create accounts ... I could create the account normally, but when they log into the game would say that my id does not exist.
And no I did not use any special character, please help me!

On which server did this happen? Have you contacted the administrator regarding the issue on the server's forums?

If you had read the thread correctly you would've known that it is not "his" website, he is just trying to create an account on the server and he is not able to do so.

Now, well, what happens is that if there is an issue with the registration of that server, it needs to be taken care of by the server's administrator, due to the fact that it would be something that is done on their website itself, and we wouldn't be able to help you out as we don't have access to that.
