Like First of all i would like to know if your internet is Dynamic or Static?
From my knowledge, IIS wont work on Dynamic IP, cause it changes all the time.
And so would u need to change Game.exe very few hours, or idk how much times a day.
Not even sure if it would success.
But, You have SO much tutorials for making Shaiya Server, so easy ones.
U might wanna check that too, has everything u need.
