When I make my server and add the ep5 db and add the 70 gear I get this bug where all that gear and wep icons go black or show 2 pic could someone help me please I have tried different ep game exe
Hello everybudy , i know this is really old post but i really have a issues with double icons on all items i`m using an EP5.3 client anyway interface edited , i have added all new and old icons EP4 , 5 , 6 they are on Data/Interface/Icons , i mean all is done how the posts said i changed 5 game.exe just to see if that fix the problem and dont , if someone can reply how can i fix it i will really aprecied it tyvm .
The .dds files responsible for icons must have a size of 256 x 128 in order to be properly read by your game.exe. The ep5.4+ game.exe read them as 512 x 128, so unless you get a newer game.exe, you have to cut half of your icon spots, which sucks indeed, but that's your only option.

With this you mean all my icons are to large for my game.exe ?
If yes that means i have to start to cut them for the size of 256 x 128 right ?!?

Yes, that's correct, you need to make the .dds file containing icons that show bad in game have the resolution of 256 x 128.
It's weird that the game.exe's are made to read icons as 12.5% height and 25% width, instead of simply 32 x 32 pixels, but well, nothing we can do about that.
