how to send items that can not be transferred.For example how to pass for level 50 pet to another account

To do this you need to have access to server sided information, so basically you shouldn't be able to do this, maybe I am mistaken and somebody could point out on how to though....

server sided information not needed, i seen how some dude sell this pet in martket.
It's controled by client.

If an item is tradable or not is stored in the database, at least as far as I know, that is why I say that, I'll check further into this to see what the actual values are for you to be able to do this "trade" could be something in the sdata, but not quite sure
