Open the Packet Editor
Put in a random Item in Transaction Window
Check Packet Editor for the Code that puts the Item into the Transaction Window
Use the Code to put the untradeable Item into Transaction Window

Yes Wrath is correct. I dont recommend for Official servers though as it would seem veeeery suspicious. You can also change whether it is tradable or not in the Item.SData
