So, I went through some testing on DEX to attempt to find an actual equation for a hit rate based on your DEX as compared to your opponent's DEX. What I came up with was this
Hit Rate = [(Your DEX x Buff Increase Percentage)/(Opponent's DEX x Buff Increase Dodge Percentage)] - .25
i.e. a fighter hitting a ranger. the fighter has 1000 dex, the ranger has 1200 dex, the fighter has concentration on and the ranger has evasion ascent 56% chance to hit =[(1000 x 1.21)/(1200 x 1.25)] - .25
So essentially what I am asking here is if any of you have some comparable data or any corrections to make, because I would like to start using it but want to make sure it's good first.
