Depends on the client but it should be /getitem 40 255

/getitem 40 255 is the Game Master Loop 5 and it gives 28000 to all stats, I still havent seen any GM rings

You should just get a GM command list, the called GM loops btw, GameMaster loop, 5 diffrent levels I think.
