[Request]Tutorial for setting up and using wamp

I have created a server, transferred it to a dedicated host, but I have been unable to figure out how to setup registration for game because it has to access the game account table in the database. I am a bit new to php scripts, website design, and to wamp. I would be very grateful for any suggestions ! Thank you for your time.

and as i have said plenty of times......use the search engine before asking or requesting anything, almost every question has been already answered.....im feeling nice today so....
