How can i overcome this error?

Its look like 3 possible reasons:
1st: Ur Game.exe has not been edited to include ur Private Server IP Address. Therefore the Game.exe (or client) could NOT find the server.

2nd: Ur Private Server has not been configure to have Static IP Address yet which ur game client need to connect (still using 127.0.0.1 on the Game Public IP) and that ur game.exe are configured to to this local address.

3rd: Ur PServer service is running but hanged/malfunction?

Possible is the 1st and 2nd.

Well i have the oldest OS Game.exe and when i oppen with HxD and try to find:72.55.177.194 .Saying that HxD couldn't find it.Any1 can tell me wat IP should i search and change it ?

the 72.55.177.194 IP is not in the oldest OS .exe, it is in the new ep4 one, so u have to find and dl the ep4 .exe to find it

hiya im having some issues after i install and get all the settings right the little green arrows wont stay arrows they keep going back to pause can you please maybe assist me with fixing this problem./.. i dont understand why its happening sence i have followed your step by step processes 100% and its not working K thnx

Same here. Can someone please give us an idea on how to get around this? I also went in and tried to manually start the service in my Task Manager, and it says that access to the service is denied... >.>

Please use search function. It is very easy to do.

Thank ye, Snipe! I had run into that post once before using the search function, and in a way must have gotten it confused with this one, as they cover the same thing. ^_^'

Actually, I found that the old EP4 Pserver files maybe a little problematic. I suggest that u try use the EP7 Chinese PServer Files (which is EP5 US equivalent. Actually its already translated except for the DB plus all the files, maps, (including DB) are ep5 compatible. Just replace the Pserver files only if u already have the DB attached.



Have a try first and follow the instruction in that page. Gd Luck.

Hello epvpers .... i had some problem with the server now after i added EP5 maps on C:\ShaiyaServer\SERVER\PSM_Client\Bin\Data i have restarted my server and now i get the problem with GAME after 5 sec of start he shotdown by himself !
Someone can reply about this problem or can anyone tell me how to fix it ?

I just edit this message for everyone to know if you get this error like mine change the NPCQuest.SData that was my error try to get a copy of good one and if you get this error replace the NPCQuest.SData and the server will work again !

Hey guys,

I've successfuly port forwarded for the game server but....
Im trying to get my updater to work for people which arent in my local network but I dont know how, i have some doubts that I need to port forward but not sure. Im currently running apache on my comp for the updater. What should I do?
