If ok, but as I get to change by myself the ports, which tool I use (Olly or HxD) is okay your answer but is walking for me, and I need to learn to walk. I need to know which port you're using because I'm going to do something different, I don't know if it works, but I want to know exactly how it's done.
I'm not good at explaining things, so anyone correct me if I'm wrong here.
The hex pattern he posted represent the binary format of a assembly instruction.
Example:
1D 00 68 50 78 00 00 68 D0 0D 7C 00 E8 FF 38 1D
68 50 78 00 00 you see with HxD, comes from 'push 00007850' that you would find with Olly.
50 78 00 00 means 00007850 in hex, and 30800 in decimal.
So, if you want for example, use 30900 for your port, you could search for 1D 00 68 50 78 00 00 68 D0 0D 7C 00 E8 FF 38 1D with HxD, and just edit the 50 78 part, and change them to B4 78(30900 in decimal is 78B4 in hex, and reversed is B4 78)
And, if you use Olly, just do what Elessar2 said.
And remember to change the ports in the server INIs as well.
If you want to know why are the numbers reversed (7850 / 50 78), seach 'endianess' in google.
PS: I've searched with HxD both patterns carlos233 posted, in a ep6 game.exe, and they were both there. So if you can't find them, may be you have a different game.exe and should go with the Olly way.
