When linking 3 lapis Ele, the last one linked givethe element.
This is used as Trick, for Ele lapis + Crazy Stat, Then the user just need to link 3 lapis Ele and the 3rd one will give the right element to the top or Weapon.
exemple : 1xTop Earth = Lapis 1 = Water Ele Lapis 2 = Wind Ele Lapis 3 = Earth Ele.

Hope its a little bit more clear
