Re-Open Skills

I had a problem this afternoon, had to delete all the players' open skills, and then re-apply again, but I don't find a script, then I edited one from Elitepvpers for this.
I used the script of Philipp_ here , so credits Goes to HIM.

I just wanted to delete all CharSkill for the toons that already exist in the server and re-open then, how I'm newbie in SQL idk how to do it as proc and if it works, then did it on that way, but thanks Snick

USE PS_GameData
Delete from CharSkills
--This is for dellete skills

Open Your PS_GameData serch for Programmability then open Stored Procedure and then open for me usp_Read_Chars_R and paste here

but If I do it, will not execute the query many times? I just wanted to delete and re-open 1 time during restart.
