this dll now not change when is 1, but not read max stat that a item can have, with it we can make only rr with a stat can't make a rr that remove stat, for lvl we can change in item that i know when set lvl 15 can use this item lvl 15+, shen pls add that read how much is Server(max stat) and define 9 rr for str hp ecc, and other 9 for remove it, I thank you for what you are doing

ok...the floow list will be done in few days:
1.reqwis limit
2.custom level:"level" field of your custom rec rune
3.custom signature in ini file:
cover old stats=1
plus old stats=2
cover the specify old stats,keep other alive=3

for example:
old stats :str=5,dex=3,luc=4
rec rune :str=2,dex=0,luc=0
new stats :str=2,dex=3,luc=4

thanks shen1l i wait ur release for test it and can u add a specific ID for remove stat? expample my item can enchant only 4 stat, if i have hp mp str luc, but i want remove mp for dex, and need a specific item for this, if u can add in ini file the remove stat with write hp sp mp ecc, where we can add the ItemID of this item idk if is possible.
