wrong target skill fix sql

UPDATE [PS_GameDefs].[dbo].[Skills]

SET TargetType= '4'
WHERE TargetType= '8'

Dunno if anyones put this up i know i had a look for it before i quickly jotted this down anyone who has problems with party buff skills saying wrong target just execute this query
and reload your game and they should work fine
if its up feel free to remove
