Agree with nubness^^.

Creating new gears is good too but recoloring would look a bit different from new gears.

if anyone else wanna try it, this was the texture i used,

and the original shaiya ( ep7 client ) are black/red dds files. u can use those to map out the skin,

( i not shure the red/black.dds is the good one, i just made some quick screenshots to make the image above )
the rest is up to your grapical talent / program

i'm not going to tell how i did it for now,
i will make a complete manual + downloads,
as soon i'm done whit my client, and we past open beta.

it was not my intention to copy or take idea's from other servers, as a graphical student, i'm just exploring my own editing limits on the moment

there is 1 minor difference , i don't have the metallic glow on my fur and skin.

it looked to me like u want to show something no1 ever made.
as i guess now u didnt even knew about it so gj that u found it out aswell
