Explanations provided by Castor are more than enough. People should be able to follow a simple tutorial by themselves without getting everything handed out.

Shaiya community has changed.

You could at least have given castor credit for his fantastic work.

Yes, the community has changed.

There was once a time when others actually helped one another. There was a time when attacks were not running rampant, and there was a time when more than just a handful of members actually gave a ****.

Progress was steady, everyone was still learning, and everyone needed each other just as much as others needed them.

What happened?

The community changed. Developers grew out of the "noob" stage, and decided to **** on everyone beneath them. It changed from a, "If you do not know, then please ask" scenario to a "If you do not know, then GTFO" situation.

It is amusing how much some people change once they feel they do not need the community to further themselves any more.

As far as not giving credit goes...That is an amusing remark from somebody who has actually tried to profit off the selling of others work. Credit should be given where credit is due, but it helps to practice what you preach.

I fucking love you.

What you said is 100% true. This community has changed. When I first joined, I wanted to be like the "developers" here. I forced myself to learn all the tricks. I pushed myself to be like them. They were respected, caring, and best of all? They worked together. Now when I finally have enough knowledge in programming to actually consider myself a developer, the community is a shadow of its past self. Everyone stabs everyone in the back. If people try to learn now, they get shut down for "not doing the work", when at one point we were ALL like that. How does that even work?

I was lucky when I joined this community. Everyone helped me out. Some of the developers were role models to me. Thanks to them, I decided to start learning to code. I self-taught myself everything I know today. Just so one day, I could be one of those "developers". And what happened? A few of these developers I speak of are just a shadow of their former selves now.

:') @-III- changed the way I think, If I want a community to change, might as well chip in and help it change :P Here is my stored procedure (ep3) hootzoo, just add the changes you want by where I have it :P

That is what I did :P And it worked There could be cleaner ways to do it, just this method worked

Hmm i only released these scripts for one main purpose is for others needing it and so they would not struggle and knowing that i never used castors editing of this instant scripting i actually used [Admin]Snuggle's guide for much easiyer learning and so if anything when i posted this does not mean i want thanks or credits its just to help others my comment on "Power to the developers" meaning [Admin]Snuggle she was the one that had the guide and i made these to give anyone in need of them that is all i was doing not, wanting bashing and flaming but i guess ill still be helping others but not wanting to associate with flaming or bashing so that is all i will say

Have a Great day - ColdBloodShaiya-

I fucking love you too. I love how these so-called big pserver owners talk down to noobs like us. I wonder how far they would have gotten without Lilpro , Castor's or any other great tools " handed" to them.

What I find even more amazing , is how some devs with a little experience love to take 15 minutes to make a post criticizing a noobie because he didn't Google enough to find the answer , when they could have ignored it (maturity?) or taken the same 15 mins to post a link to the solution. Its a sad state of affairs when someone will take 15 mins to point out a persons flaws , and not use that time to help instead. I am a noob dev myself , and to be honest , I'm afraid to post in here with problems because I don't wanna get slammed for not googling enough or w/e.

Grats to John Heatz , Rebecca Black , who have links to all the main helps and releases in their signature

I guarantee you this : Whatever I learn about Shaiya , I will gladly give away for free Lmao , IF I ever learn
