I have spent quite a few days updating the EP7 DB that was originaly uploaded with major bugs/eploits. I have used quite a few fixes tthat i also need to give credit for here

why there is no PS_GameData.mdf? only log files?

I saw somewhere a link to a kind of form to switch an account to Premium ... actually, the very few information available to "Premium" starts with a "Define your PIN form" ... a PIN ... welcome to the 70's, but I didn't success to find any information (nor any general description of the UI of that BB btw) related to these stars; what are their purpose ??
The stars represent you're user level, the more you contribute to the fourms the higher you will be. There are four things that detirmine your user level
1) Date
2) Premium status
3) E*pvpers gold
4) Thank count
5) Post count
User stats can also be lowered if you get reported or banned.
My motto is actually a parody of the internet slogan "trolls gonna troll" or the RL slogan "haters gonna hate"
The highest user status is level 36 and is one black star on fire, although the farthest anyone has got is LOWFREY at level 35 with 10K post and 6+K thanks...
ALSO before you ask LPH is higher in rank then me. the only reson he shows 2 levels under me is because i have premium.

I'm wondering the same thing, is there meant to be a GameData mdf? Am I missing something here? I have severe lack of experience in SQL Databases and would like just a small shove in the right direction here.
If I put in all the others after taking out my 4.5 database files, I start the server and some of the green ">" go back to green pauses. I retrieved the logs and it was definitely database errors. It's as if something is missing..like maybe PS_GameData. The EP5 Database you have given has no PS_Gamedata MDF file.
As I said, mega lack of experience, and I'm probably doing something else wrong, but I would have thought this is needed.

^ This lol. I have been stumped by the same issue. I've tried putting in the Ep 4.5 GameData.mdf file with these Ep 5 GameData.ldf files (separately, together, hokey pokey, I've tried it all) and all I get is an SQL error message when I attempt to attach the database; basically, it tells me the DB and log files don't match (cause they don't, durr >.<").
I will happily admit that I am a nub when it comes to running a server, but everyone has to start somewhere and I figure a little local server for me and my friends is just the place to start learning. In my book though, a server's not even worth a second glance if it's not Ep 5. I want to *progress* in time, not devolve. lol So, any help anyone feels like giving (despite Bane's hilariously apt warning of "if you don't know what to do with this you shouldn't be trying to run an Ep 5 server") would be greatly appreciated. Just tell me how to hook all these loose ends up and turn my working Ep 4.5 server into a working Ep 5 one, and I'll be good to go on my own again, I promise! ;D
