You need to change this line to recombine the csv files into .MLT :

i dont knw how to repack again the csv files on svmap again

There are 2 .bat files: One for unpack and one for repack.
Please read the help file of it.

For me this awesome program is working.

ye i saw 2 of these bat files but two of them unpack non of them repack

The repack .bat file is called Map_svmap.bat.How to make it repack the csv file?Well open the .bat file with text editor and edit this line :
C:\Python27\python.exe src\svmap.py 1 in
where 1 is the number of the map you want to repack

Terribly bad that all the columns are in excel office one column. Not convenient to edit it: (

problem..after i edited skills and what not after i login and going to character select screen load data error... any idea?

There could be a few reasons.You may have forgot to encrypt the skill.sdata after the changes.Or if you are using Alladrios's skillworkaround for ep 5 servers you must open skill.sdata with hex editor after you r done with the changes,and edit the first numbers there to 74 01.And of course you will have to encrypt it
