Hi, guys. I tried creating ps_game.pdb in C: \ ShaiyaServer \ PSM_Client \ Bin it didn't help

Good night ps_game. pdb is created when you compile a C / C ++ / C # program. so there's no use if you put an empty pdb or try to put a pdb that was not generated with the executable because it won't work.
to generate the pdb you need the source of ps_game
