I highly recommend to use Phyton instead of Sh Studio for Spell editing purposes.
This guide may be helpfull for you:

Search for ID 41 on Ps_GameDefs on your Skill Table , the sucess Type/value column determines the Value what are you looking to fix.

At this point a new patch was released on Shaiya, and you can't open the items.
