What he means is potions are getting a slight delay while doing something else like running or attacking.

potions do not work together when I click let's say z and x they are not used at the same time as shown in the video

These delays are in your client, they are not handled by the server.

meaning client change if the case is either in game.exe or ps game.exe.
The client can’t influence the clicks. I have already tried them about 5 times.

You need to modify your game.exe not ps_game.
