I don't know how you could make the timer stop when you logout, but i know that FixRange isn't the solution, actually, as far as i know there are 3 different values allowed for Fix Range, 0, 1 and 2

0 = Shaiya Reads the time in seconds, and the buff dissapears after you die
1 = Shaiya Reads the time in minutes, and the buff doesn't dissapears after you die
2 = Shaiya Reads the time in seconds and the buff doesn't dissapears after you die

I didn't test if any of those Values makes the timer stop when you're logged out and i doubt any of it does, but you could try
