blacksmith in a guild house

I am looking for the option to change % in guild house blacksmith, does any of you have any idea how to edit bonuses for lvl up blacksmith in guild house? I want change 1% bonus to 10% and 2% bonust to 20%
I want to expand guild houses it was more profitable
if any1 have any idea how to do it ill be eternally grateful

I should do same action in client (guildhouse.sdata) but i cant open this file :/ i know its posible but whot i need to do it?
