add colors in the names

Hello, epvpers!
I think I'm doing it in the right place.
but I wanted to know if there is any script or guide how to change the color of the name by status example: the name of the GM the status is 255, then this status 16, 32, 64 what good they do, but I wanted to know if this existed .
I saw in some servers that are the normal characters with white their name and then "VIP" characters or winning a certain item and giving the Administrator that item the color of the name changes. I already saw all the guides on how to change the name of the characters and the GMs. but it's not what I want to do, what I'm going to do is add color in their name via status or in some other way

Look literally in all that is Shaiya PServer Guides & Releases, and I did not find that guide, I remember seeing a post how to do that, but at the time I did not give importance because I was not interested, now I want to add that feature and not I find how to do it: P
