you need new Ps_Billing it doesn't match your client.

Version 661 is SQL Server 2008 and Version 665 is SQL Server 2008 R2. You can attach your lower version to an upper version instance but not the other way. read this text and you can search on google about sql. 3 threads abou this error and i told you that u NEED SEE DB VERSION! i'm so noob with make a shaiya server but lol search on google or read any post
