Hey Guys , I Installed IIS working but i don't enter some panels

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

and i try files in index.php
directing ip index.php

ex : i try 185.923.52.10/notice/index.php
but 185.923.52.10/index.php going
